Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 was read the third time. Senators Coghill, Dyson, French, Wagoner, Meyer, Ellis, Menard, Davis, Egan, Stedman, Thomas, Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 Urging the United States Congress to approve legislation allowing members of the military to receive promised retirement benefits, pass the Senate?"
